A promo code is a special offer from Audible or one of our partners. It may be used for a trial offer, an audiobook, or Audible credits. If you were provided with a promo code, follow these steps to enter it on the Audible site.

• Promo code redemption is not available in the Audible app for Android and iOS. To use a promo code, please follow the steps below using the Audible website on your mobile device's web browser or on a desktop computer.

How do I redeem a promo code?

On mobile web

1. Go to the Audible site mobile and sign in to your account.
2. Select the main menu.
3. Scroll down to Redeem a promo code.
4. Enter your promo code in the space provided.
5. Select Redeem.
6. If entered successfully, the item you’re redeeming will be added to your cart.

On the Audible website

1. Got to the Audible site and sign in to your account
2. Select your username from the site’s top navigation.
3. Select Enter promo code.
4. Enter your promo code in the space provided.
5. Select Redeem.
6. If entered successfully, the item you’re redeeming will be added to your cart.

What are the conditions and limitations for promo codes?

Audible promo claim codes can be used to redeem specific promotional deals and sales offered through email or the Audible desktop site. To view the status of a claim code, visit the Membership details section on the Audible desktop site.

The following conditions apply to all Audible promotional claim codes:

• Must be redeemed at Audible.de and are only redeemable for audiobooks or audiobook credits.
• Claim codes expire as indicated on the terms transmitted with the claim code.
• Recipients must have or open an Audible account in order to redeem.
• May be subject to additional terms and conditions.
• May not be redeemed at audible.com, audible.com.au, audible.co.uk, or audible.fr or any other website operated by Audible, Inc., its affiliates, or any other person or entity.
• Cannot be used to purchase other claim codes or gift certificates.
• Cannot be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other Audible account, except where required by law. Unused claim codes in an Audible account may not be transferred.
