1. Go to the Audible website and sign in with your credentials. 
2. Select Membership details.
3. Select Purchase history.
1. Select the View drop-down menu to see the following options:
1. Your orders
2. Pre-orders
3. Membership charges
4. Refund history
2. Use the Orders placed in the drop-down menu to search for orders placed within a specific time frame.

On mobile web

1. Select main menu.
2. Select your username.
3. Under Membership details, select Purchase history.
4. Select Refine.

How can I access my invoice?

On desktop

1. Go to the Audible website and sign in with your credentials. 
2. Select Membership details. 
3. Select Purchase history. 
4. Select Order Details for the title you want to receive your invoice for. 
5. Select Invoice.

On mobile web

1. Select main menu. 
2. Select your username. 
3. Select Purchase history under your Membership details.

5. Select Invoice next to the order number.

On desktop

1. Select your username from the site’s top navigation.
2. Select Membership details.
3. Select Purchase history.
4. Select Refund history from the View drop-down menu.
5. Select Order details to view an order summary.

On mobile web

1. Select main menu.
2. Select your username.
3. Select Purchase history.
4. Select Refine.
5. Choose Refund history.
